Key accountabilities include:
Assist in building the team to support the following responsibilities:
- Developing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are met and providing insights on deviations.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial management reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks that may impact the company's performance.
- Financial Modeling: Building and maintaining financial models to analyze various scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
- Cost Analysis: Conducting cost analysis to optimize expenses and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Utilizing financial data to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Document the processes and keep looking for avenues of continuous improvement
Ongoing Process Management:
- Lead the team by managing capacity by assigning work keeping in consideration the timely and accurate delivery for which the team is responsible
- Ensure completion of deliverables as part of the corporate/ segment accounting close, monthly forecasting, quarterly earnings, and annual planning processes
- Ensure that deliverables adhere to a high standard for quality and consistently meet the deadlines that facilitate the global processes
- Actively partner with corporate/ segment finance leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and ensure that SLAs are met with the segment finance teams
- Promote team engagement through encouraging participation of the team for initiatives across the GFSS FP&A team and GCC as a whole
- Collaborate with corporate/ segment finance teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and scale
- Gain an understanding of additional FP&A processes that could become candidates for transition to the GFSS
- Provide support to team for their skill development to fulfil their aspirations in alignment with the overall FP&A effectiveness
Experiences You Will Bring :
- Qualified graduate, preferably a Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) with finance & accounting experience of 8+ years extensively in FP&A processes
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in leading a team
- Demonstrated success in delivering on key FP&A processes, including monthly variance analyses, revenue and expense forecasting, and annual plan development
- Experience in creating value-added analyses and presenting the findings through written and verbal communications
- Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced organization with associates based across the globe

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (viz. PeopleSoft/ Oracle), MS Office, OneStream/ Hyperion and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on lead capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities with the ability to articulate with confidence to all levels of the organization
- Ability to build a collaborative culture across functional teams, levels of the organization, and countries across the globe
- Positive attitude, curious to learn and looking for areas of improvement
Reporting Structure:
- Matrix reporting to the Manager FP&A in GFSS and also to the respective FP&A corporate/ segment FP&A Leader
- Direct reports include analysts/ senior analysts with various levels of experience
- The GFSS FP&A team will support Corporate/ various segment finance teams on a matrix basis
