Financial Planning & Analysis Role - BFSI

Hiring for a reputed international Financial organization

- Looking for strong epx in Financial planning and Analysis

- Must have strong exp in Variance Analysis, Budgeting

- Exp in Oracle or any other SAP

- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting for different business areas ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverable.

- Prepare monthly reporting package

- Effective management reporting and analytics around Volumes, Revenues, Expenses, and Headcount.

- Analyze monthly results - identify drivers and explain key variances

- Provide support during forecast / budget cycles with consolidation and tracking including stress testing.

- Understanding of how general ledger works.

- Financial reporting/analysis, month end close experience.

- Business case analysis / pricing decision support.

- Assist in developing financial models to provide decision support and recommendations tied to strategic initiatives.

- Assist in the development of all automated reports, insuring desired accuracy and format.
