Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Accounting Firm

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing a team of analysts and a portfolio of clients. The role with include but limited to the following :

- Coordinate with various stakeholders on the client side to provide FPnA delivery which may include the following

- Business planning and modeling

- Budgeting - capital and operational

- Forecasting (monthly/quarterly, rolling forecast, multi-year forecast)

- Cash management forecast

- Business performance analysis

- Long-term planning and strategy

- Monthly reporting packs

- Variance Analysis/Flux report

- KPI overview

- Presentations

- Scenario planning

- Adhoc analysis as per client requirement

- Implement different tools to automate the process and reengineering of process

- Driver/activity-based budgeting/forecasting

- Provide commercial insight, analysis, and decision support to senior management

Desired Profile :

- 4 - 9 years post-qualification experience in F&A Function

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word and PPT)

Skill Set :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good team builder

- Strong mindset for adherence to policy and procedures
