- Work closely with business leaders & functional heads to draft short term &amp; long term strategy to support organization vision goal. - Support in developing financial governance and key performance indicators to monitor business performance. - To analyse &amp; track ROI for the various requirements of business viz. investments both Capex, Opex need of the business &amp; work with CFO to develop and suggest the required business model to be adopted that is financially viable and realization of ROI and required change in the model based on the progress of the business. - Work closely with CFO to evaluate current fiscal health of the company, ascertain short, medium and long-term financial requirement of the business and suggest way to mobilize funds by evaluating internal sources and other external sources that proves financially beneficial to the company. - Based on the estimated growth the of the company invite each of the Strategic leaders to formulate their budget for 1 to 3 years and provide growth plan for their dept, Regions and territory and bring financial discipline of planned business spending in line with the growth of the business. - Review the implementation of financial controls at critical stage of business processes. - Analyse non-performing assets across organization, factory and suggest ways to optimize cost and prevent leakages, if any. - To review &amp; monitor cashflow strategy from short and long-term basis. - Strategy for reducing liabilities and increasing profitability for the company. - Effective cost management and reduction strategies for the company. Processes implemented Pricing Schemes - Variance analysis Vs budgets on a regular intervals &amp; identify the reason for deviations. Work closely with functional leaders to ensure budgetary controls
