Financial Planning & Analysis Professional - CA - BFS

The role will involve providing central reporting and analysis functions to businesses with an aim to provide high quality on time deliverable to aid decision making.

Key responsibilities will include :

- Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting packs giving global and regional views

- Liaising on a monthly basis with the business groups to understand the key performance indicators

- Preparation of monthly group wide reports for management committees and regional reports for regional management committees

- Assistance with group's quarterly and half-year end reporting focusing on the various submissions

- Responding to ad-hoc requests and contributing to projects

- Understanding of expenses and recoveries with a view to explain and suggest appropriate measures

- Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve current process

- Get an in depth understanding of the business, have an impact on the business by providing suggestions to create efficiencies and advice on process improvements

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers

- Providing financial summaries and reporting on various aspects of the P&L

- Responding to Ad-hoc requests

- Providing information for regulatory and statutory requirements

- Managing client relationship, proactively seeking client feedback to further improve service level standards

- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and add value

- Ensuring compliance with finance control standards for the reporting entity.

- Ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of their work

- To apply cost conscious approach towards work responsibilities handled

Requirements :

- Exposure to financial accounting and analysis in a service industry. Possess good knowledge of accounting standards, Accounting systems, Reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 3 to up to 5 years of post qualification experience

- Flexibility to work in different time zones.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
