Through its subsidiaries, the company purchases portfolios of consumer receivables from major banks, credit unions, and utility providers, and partners with individuals as they repay their obligations and work toward financial recovery.

Designation : Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Department - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:

- Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, compliances, liasioning with RBI and other government authorities.
Financial Planning & Analysis of the business including Cash Flow Forecasting , Portfolio performance analytics, Yield analytics.

- Month end financial close basis US GAAP

- Monthly financial review pack and Trend / Variance Analysis

- Interfacing with US finance Team to ensure timely monthly reporting expenses.

- Monthly Dashboard

- Annual Budget / Forecast Finalization

Education :- MBA / CA

- 8 - 10 years post qualification exp

- Prior work exp in Financial Planning & Accounts

- Corporate Finance exp required.

- Should have worked with any NBFC or Asset Reconstruction companies (ARC's)

- Excellent communication skills required.
