Financial Planning & Analysis - Investment Bank - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

A leading global investment bank is looking to hire candidates for the role of a Financial Analyst, who would be responsible for providing financial analysis and management information to the investment banking division's senior leadership.

Specific responsibilities of the team include:

- Reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics to divisional leadership

- Drive Business planning and forecasting for IBD (both revenues and expenses)

- Management and control of the division's expense base

- Compensation modeling and margin impact analysis

- Liaison with IBD business unit CFOs, IBD regional finance teams and Controllers

Job Responsibilities:

- Report on Client Revenue Metrics - top clients of division, frequency of revenue generation, etc

- Drive monthly and YTD revenue reporting by deal size and product

- Oversee system used to report profitability by industry

- Track and analyze market share (merger, equity, high yield and inv grade) globally and by region

- Report and analyze expenses by region and at the divisional level

- Analyze travel and entertainment spend to drive syndication rates

- Prepare fully loaded headcount reports quarterly
