Role Purpose:

1. To carry out the FP&A Functions, ranging from Budgeting & Forecast exercise.

2. Providing various Business partnering analysis.

3. Ensure timely Month End closure.

ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities

1. Budgeting & Planning

a) Preparation of Detailed Budget / Forecasts

b) Handling Corporate Queries w.r.t to Forecast

c) Track actual vs. planned/budgeted and initiate remedial actions

d) Guide the planning team in developing the budgets/forecasts

2.Month End Activities

a) Month End Oracle Financial Closure accurately and timely

b) Hyperion Period Closure within the Corporate Allocated time

c) Prepare various Month End reporting for submission to Corporate and to Circle

d) Preparation of Enterprise PnL

3. Management Reporting

a) Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to Corporate

b) Prepared various reviews presentations for the Head o Finance which includes Operation Report, EXEcutive COmmittee Review, Ops Review, Finance Presentation

4. Statutory Reporting

a) TRAI Reporting

b) COAI Benchmarking

c) Cost Record, Accounting Separation & any other Statutory Requirement

5. Business Partnering Analysis and Other Requirement

a) Work with other departments as a business partner and help them take decisions that are favorable to the overall financial performance of the circle.

TYPICAL OUTPUTS

1. Preparation of Error Free Budgeting & Forecasting Model as per the Given Corporate deadline.

2. Completion of Month End activities error free within the Corporate allocated time

3. Hyperion KBI to be accurately captured

4. Providing the error free analysis and analysis for business growth

5. Tracking of Actual Vs Forecast and suggestive actions

6. Carrying out various Business partnering analysis

7. Reporting of Monthly Financials and KBI

Person Specifications

1. Chartered Accountant with 3-9 years post qualification

2. Should have analytical mind frame

3. A clear understanding of accounting concepts.

4. Management of people is a necessity as co-ordination with various deptt is involved.

5. Management of time and prioritization of work.

6. Hyperion knowledge essential
