Job Description:

- Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably qualified CA, MBA

Location: Hyderabad (6 days week work)

- Proficient in P&L Analysis

- Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in FP&A

- Investment planning research and Presentation

- Good grip of business leavers and articulation of the same

- Working on budget exercises to draw strategies

- Monitoring actual vs. plan to track financial performance

- Identifying drivers for profitability changes at the center level

- Automating data processes to improve productivity and efficiency

- Conducting ad hoc analysis to identify trends and insights

- Monitor and perform due diligence on Marketing, HR, and operational spends

- Willing to learn Data Analytics tools - Power BI

The candidate can be from any industry

- Decent communication skills

- Preferred from Hyderabad location
