Financial Planner - FMCG/Mfg

Currently have the opening with one of the MNC Food Processing company for Financial Planner position. Kindly find the details below-

1. To ensure compliance and governance in all areas of operations – both internal and external.

2. Preparation of financial plans, budget, forecast and variance analysis to actual.

3. Management of local finance and accounting personnel and support to other team members.

4. Working capital management to ensure that adequate and optimum level is maintained.

5. Implement all internal, external policies and regulations and ensure no control lapses.

6. Supervise, control and monitor complete accounting function of the manufacturing site and branch operations.

7. Periodic book closing for MIS and preparation of relevant reports with variances analyzed and reported to management regularly.

8. Manage projects, financing, accounting, and capitalisation and ensure that costs are within approval limits.

9. Corporate taxation.

10. Periodic review of accounts and take corrective actions.

11. To handle statutory and internal audits independently.

12. Exposure in foreign currency hedging and accounting.

13. Consolidate and analyze reports.

Specification-

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 8 years of experience.

- Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards.

- Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis.

- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.

- Good written, verbal and collaborative skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.

- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.

- Situational leadership and disciplinarian qualities.

Manufacturing company experience of 5yrs is mandatory.
