- Good understanding of Real Estate Investment and Land Acquisition skills

- Evaluation of Real Estate deals for acquisition opportunities in Mumbai Metropolitan Region

- Fair understanding DCPR for Greater Mumbai, 2034

- Preparation of Project Evaluation Reports / Cash Flow Reports for real estate deals

- Financial Modelling / Report preparation for Equity and Debt Funding

- Liasoning experience with architects, lawyers as well as external consultants

- Responsible for monitoring of Projects through MIS to ensure overall accuracy
