- Establish newer or improve the existing practices through quantitative reporting, presentations, and meetings to the Management and Executive team.

- Ensure appropriate Tax planning and compliance are established globally.

- Coordinate and complete annual audits.

- Supporting the business demands towards technology and liaising with the Internal and external tech teams and Management to evaluate, lead, and implement efficient systems.

- To undertake discussions with Lawyers or external legal teams or share views on internal/external agreements;

- Structuring of various verticals of business in various jurisdictions;

- Handle certain investments of the Board of Directors and monitor them.

- Previous experience in working in Big4.

- Experience in raising funds;

- Experience in tax planning;

- Experience in French-speaking West African countries preferred.

- Effective communication skills to present analysis, which can provide actionable insights to help businesses achieve their goals.

- Experience in D365 Experience (not mandatory).

- Experience in Family business might be preferred

- Experienced in handling Brown Field/White Field projects.

- Can speak French, English & Hindi.

- Experience working with Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, BI or Data Management
