Financial Manager Manufacturing

- You will be independently responsible for the closure and audit of books

- Finalization of Books (Stand Alone and consolidated), interaction with auditors, and ensuring audits are completed hassle-free on time.

- Review and preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per INDAS

- Handling statutory and internal audits and ensuring compliance with internal finance controls

- Review of financial performance, analysis of variance, and report to management (MIS)

- Financial and MIS preparation and presentation and book closure activity

- Treasury, Fund Management, liaising with Bank and rating agencies.

- Payable management, Inventory management.

- Review and preparation of management report.

- Knowledge of accounting of business reorganization including merger/ acquisitions/ demergers

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA background and experience of 3-5 years in a Manufacturing Organisation and with team handling skills

2. Should have Knowledge of ERP with Good expertise in using Excel and Powerpoints.

3. Should be excellent in Data Analytics Skill

4. Must have knowledge of IND AS & IFC

5. Should be hands-on with all prevailing accounting principles, practices, compliance and regulatory affairs.

6. Should have the ability to work with other managers & functional heads to drive collaborative outcomes.

7. Should have an innovation and excellence mindset to constantly improve what is there.
