Position: AVP/Sr. Manager / Manager/ – Real Estate Research (Grade basis exp & fitment)

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis & Demand Assessment, Business Modelling & Sensitivity Analysis for various real estate sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc across Tier I & II cities

- Understanding of the Private Equity Markets and investments in Real Estate Sector

- Creation of research reports and white papers for circulation on regular intervals

- Conducting Development Feasibility study for projects - commercial, retail malls, residential, SEZ, hotels, warehouses, industrial and alternate asset classes like educational institutes & healthcare city

- Valuation of fixed assets like Land, Residential projects, Commercial projects, SEZ, Industrial project, Malls, Office buildings etc. using applicable valuation methodology

- Corporate Presentation to various stake holders

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA)

- 4+ years of relevant Experience in research / advisory in real estate industry

- Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modeling skills

- Proven ability to work under stress

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Should be an expert in MS Excel and MS Powe

Willingness to travel extensively
