Preparation of financial due diligence reports for the clients detailing out the financial and operating parameters of the target companies, key risks involved in the transactions, recommending ways to mitigate the risks so that the investor makes a well informed decision - A good grasp on excel based financial modeling - CA/CFA- 7+ years of experience (with Managerial skills &amp; handling Team size of 2+ people)
