Role - Financial due diligence

Location- Gurgoan

Qualification - CA Only

Financial Due Diligence:

- Due Diligence for Buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.

- Preparing financial statements from trial balance data and Management internal financial statements, and reconciliation to audit financials, Analysis and consolidation of financial statements of all subsidiaries
and holding companies/ branches, preparing database, Preparing aging reports of Payables and Receivables,

- Analyzing the different kind of contracts and preparing contractual summary for target company.
