Financial Controllership Role - Footwear Manufacturing Firm - CA

BNC is hiring for a reputed footwear manufacturing company for Bahadurgarh location in Delhi

1. Responsible for enhancing financial performance by driving business performance

2. Oversee the capital structure of the organization, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing and ensure availability of funds as needed.

3. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

4. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.

5. Develop financial and tax strategies.

6. Coordinating for all statutory audit on time

7. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.

8. Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

9. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

10. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

11. Represent the company with investment bankers and investors

12. Mentoring and team building activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA with 7 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing companies

2. High level of written and oral communication skills
