Financial Controller Job Description: Financial Controller Mandatory Requirements : - CA with analytical skill and quick learning capabilities . - 8-10 years of post-qualification experience. Accounting Function : - Bank Receipt and Payments - Treasury Management including Preparation of Weekly Cash flow - Preparation of MIS, monthly review with investors - Revenue Recognition and GST Compliance including returns, E-Way Bill, - Expense Accounting for Vendor Invoices, Happay Account - Monitoring of PO, Vendor payments, Compliance Financial Function : - Preparation of Business Plan in Consultation with Management - Monitor and control the Revenue and Expenses as per AOP - Project Costing, Cost Centre Accounting and Budget Variance Analysis. - Prepare Internal Finance Control (IFC) system to monitor compliance as per accounting policy. - Coordination with Banks for loans, LC, BG, WC - pre and post documentation compliance Auditing Function : - Finalization of books of accounts and Coordination for Annual Audit and Tax Audit - Preparation of Schedule III, 3CD and Income Tax Computation
