Financial Controller

BNC is hiring financial controller for a US Entity for PAN India Remote location

- Direct all aspects of accounting operations for US and India based teams

- Oversee and coordinate directly with international subsidiary

- Review of financial statements of the international subsidiary at periodic intervals

- Ensuring statutory compliance with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and filings

- Overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll across multiple departments

- Manage monthly, quarterly, half yearly and year end closing processes

- Producing consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly cash budget

- Reporting directly to the CEO and EVP of operations

Desired Candidate Profile

- CPA with 5 + years/CA with 6-7 years of experience in accounting or finance role preferably in service industry

- Experience in overseeing financial reporting within a SaaS company

- Expertise with ASC 606, 605 and other SaaS revenue recognition rules

- Experience in financial accounting, financial modelling, data analytics and MS Excel

- Familiarity with SaaS Optics will be an added advantage
