- Chartered Accountant: Holds a professional qualification in accounting.
- 12+ years of experience: Demonstrates extensive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Graduate Degree: Holds a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Experience at a Big 4 Accounting Firm: Experience working at a renowned accounting firm is preferred.
- Startup Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Series A or Series B startups, indicating familiarity with the dynamics of growing companies.
