Financial Controller - Real Estate - CA/CPA/ICWA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, control and tax data. The candidate will work closely with the MD and CEO, will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and other regulatory bodies, overseeing accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting and budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.

- Assist with financial planning

- Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management

- Ensure compliance

- Preparing financial reports.

- Analyzing financial data.

- Monitoring internal controls.

- Overseeing and preparing income statements.

- Participating in budgeting processes.

- Managing financial transactions.

- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

- Developing plans for financial growth.

- Evaluating and managing risk.

- Coordinating audit processes.

Qualifications :

- CA, ICWA with 18 to 24 years experience, of which at least 2-3 years in a financial controller, VP Finance & Accounts role in an asset based / service environment with pan India presence.

- Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant; ICWA, MBA Finance.

- Comfortable working in an Indian company in a matrix environment
