Hiring for Financial Controller (CA) for one of the top most Real Estate Developer firm - Mumbai and Bangalore - Preparation and Finalization of financial statements along with cash flow and notes to accounts (Standalone & Consolidated) in compliance with requirements of the Companies Act, Accounting Standards (A.S) & Indian Accounting Standard (Ind As). - Coordinating with Statutory auditor, Internal & tax auditor in review of books and for timey closure of audits. - Preparation and presentation of Half yearly and annually results and Budget to the Management/Board. - MIS on monthly basis/projects reviews (vis- vis Budgets, variance analysis). - Maintain and monitor on Cash flows, follow -up on collections, credit control. - Ensuring compliance relating to Income tax, GST, Companies Act (i.e. Filing of Returns, Advance tax working, GST Audits, TDS etc)
