Experience 10 + years

Qualification - CA

Reports to Deputy CFO

KRA's :

- Candidate should be from a listed company

- Finalization of Accounts - Annual financial statement and auditing

- Worked on Financial Modelling / Due Diligence for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis

- Forecasting Budget requirement and ensuring effective Tax planning of Projects to maximize Tax efficiency

- Played role in structuring of M&A Transactions in consultation with Group tax team & Consultants (DM model/ JV model/ etc.)

- Review and guide account receivable and account payable team.

- Tracking Actual cost incurred as compared to budgeted cost.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports
