Financial Controller - Packaging

Key responsibilities would be to oversee the accounting, reporting, MIS, treasury, taxation, day-to-day operations, financial reporting, monthly financial statements, compliance audits, monitoring internal controls, capex management.

- Provide Leadership to the Finance and Accounts Team for the following: Day-to-day financial requirements such as Billing & Invoicing, Cash Flow Management, Accounting, Financial administration, Capital Expenditure, Accounting & Budgeting, Inventory Management, Insurance, Compliance & Audit requirements and Taxation Matters

- Define short/medium- and long-term Finance strategies to support overall strategy and objective

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Company, as well as automation of the Finance function that aids in periodic investor reports and fundraising

- Financial and business forecasting , preparation of financial statements, planning and reporting; internal Financial and Business Reporting; Supervising and coordinating Accounts Reconciliation including contingency liabilities

- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and Statutory and Government compliance - GST, TDS etc; Manage the overall tax operations for timely delivery of all tax compliances - direct and indirect and as also minimize audit deficiencies

- Provide Finance strategy to senior management and also interact with the Board of Investors

- Manage 10-11 Plants in India
