Position - Finance Controller with a Medical Devices Company in Mumbai

Mandatory Qualification : CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring implementation of finance and accounting policies and procedures.

- Determining effect of potential business decisions on financial policy and bring it to the notice of Senior Management.

- Accomplish MIS strategies by determining accountabilities, communicating, and enforcing applicable norms, values, policies, and procedures.

- Manage all the statutory compliances in coordination with the consultants.

- Set up a process for internal reporting for Revenue and costs for company.

- Quarterly / periodic assessment of accounting operations with respect to set policies, and reporting Variances to the Management.

- Collaborate with the Internal / External Auditors

Essential Criteria :

- Chartered Accountant with Manufacturing / Consulting background

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience

- Experience and knowledge of cost accounting will be an advantage

- Working experience in ERP environment (SAP preferred)

- Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought

- Good team player
