Urgent Requirement for "Financial Controller" for reputable Global Company

Position : Financial Controller

Location : Nigeria

Experience : Nigerian Exposure is required

- Responsible for the Corporate accounting and Internal reporting for the Groups business

- Good at project finance and building scenarios and figures basis which banks fund.

- Maintain costing and profitability of all trading and Industrial ventures

- Create and manage budgets for the entire Group.

- Generate cash flow projections and profit and loss statements and balance sheets for new Projects.

- Raise bank lines of credit and source FOREX.

- Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.

- Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis.

- Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report.

- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.

- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management

- Provide for a system of management cost reports

- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit

- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants

- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing
