Financial Controller - IT Security Firm

Role Description :

Responsible for strategic and tactical day to day tasks related to the financial operations of the Company.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Prepare and manage the Company's budget

- Forecasting of the Company's revenue and expenses

- Monthly reporting of financial numbers to US Parent

- Liaison with external accountants and legal advisors

Monthly Reporting Tasks:

- Monthly close ( B/S P/L )

- Revenue recognition

- Accrued/ Deferred revenue

- Supervise accounting staff ( & all functions )

- Establish processes where necessary

- Establish internal controls ( approval thresholds, etc )

- Review pricing on sales proposals

- Annual Budget

- Monthly reporting Budget vs Actual

Key Performance Indicators :

- Project profitability

- Annual Sales forecast

- Increased profitability of the organization

Desired profile:-

- Candidate with 10-15 yrs of relevant experience, Chartered Accountant or CPA or Masters Degree Preferred,

- Must have a proven track record of working with an IT company

- Demonstrated experience of engaging with senior management

- Experienced interaction with Sales and Delivery teams

- Understanding GAAP based Accounting
