Financial Controller - Insurance/FinTech - CA

This job role is for a Fintech client based out of Noida.

Requirement -

- Only qualified CA's

- Should have worked as a Financial Controller

- Should have experience in SAP/Oracle

Key Responsibility (Job Description): 

- They should possess a strong understanding of the company's business model and industry (Insurance) and be able to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective and to constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria.

- Manage risks as the business executes on its strategies and initiatives as well as establish and maintain a strong internal controls environment and financial reporting processes.

- Financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

- Review the actual status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

- Supervision, control & Monitoring of day to day accounting and financial activities
