The Requirements/key responsibilities of the Finance Controller are: - Should have rich experience in Financial Control, leading various finance projects, and handling a team of 3 to 4 people. - Proficiency in handling Standalone Statments, Consolidation, Costing and Financial Closing etc. - Handling the statutory and Internal Auditors. - Managing working capital for the Company and handling Investment and cashflows - Supporting the Accounting Team in the Monthly closing of accounts - Analyzing to assess the financial results & profitability implications. - Supporting Internal and Statuary Audits. - Management Reporting and Statutory and Internal Audit Reporting. - Preparing Financial/Accounting policies and streamlining financial processes for the org. - Onboard, upskill, and train staff members and perform performance reviews and appraisals. Qualification/Experience: - CA with 4 -6 years relevant experience in a Finance Controller role. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of IndAs is a must have requirement.
