Financial Controller - FMCG

Financial Controller - CA or MBA Finance only

- Prepare financial statements on stand-alone basis and on consolidated basis as per companies act and as per Indian accounting standards and IndAS

- Drive Operation control across the organization.

- Implement and run month-end close process and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, systems and processes

- Oversee day to day accounting operations & implement & monitor processes with respect Fixed Assets, AP, AR, GL Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Hands on experience on Costing & inventory valuation in manufacturing entity

- Responsible for assessing the risk and control environment across processes at regular intervals, ensuring a comprehensive set of controls are in place to mitigate risk and they are followed through.

- Creating and monitoring company policies and procedures, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud

- Coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors

- Hands on experience on taxation - Direct tax and Indirect tax.

- Exposure on end to end processes like P2P, R2R, O2C.

- Handled capitalization of a manufacturing setup

- Knowledge of ERP systems specially SAP

- Export oriented manufacturing FMCG

- Hands on experience on Word, Power Point and Excel

- Additional controller duties as necessary
