We are hiring for Financial Controller (CA / CMA) position opening for our client in fashion retail industry in Mumbai.

Position : Financial Controller

Location : Mumbai

We are looking for a Financial Controller who can ensure to follow our company financial policies and/or develop new financial policies to help meet or exceed corporate goals. The candidate will collaborate with the team to determine more effective ways to handle corporate Accounting, Other affairs, tax issues for business growth.

Working Experience : 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.

Responsibilities & Duties :

- Overall responsible for Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation & Audit.

- Preparation / Analysis of Financial Statement, MIS Reports etc

- Person should be able to manage & plan all the financial requirements of the company and should be able to cover aspects related to Banking & Finance, Manufacturing Accounting. Tracking cash flow & financial planning. Analysing the company's financial strength & weakness & proposing strategic directions.

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures & Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.

- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.

- Forecast short term and long-term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.

- Oversee all foresee the activities related to state and corporate tax compliance.

- Support the CEO / Group CFO / Board with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans / Actual results.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (Master's degree preferred)

- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CMA)

- Proficiency with accounting software required
