They are a global SaaS player which help restaurants to run better by working with them as their technology and marketing partners offering a suite of products. They provide Software as a Service to solve for various pain points that a restaurant faces at backend whether its billing, order management, customer relationship management, feedback management and inventory.  Key responsibilities will include  - Managing all finance and accounting operations  - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances  - Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements  - Manage all accounting operations  - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances  - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements  - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting  - Research technical accounting issues for compliance  - Support month-end and year-end close process  - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting  Requirements  - Proven working experience as a Financial controller  - 8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience  - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures  - Experience with creating financial statements  - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process  - Excellent accounting software user and administration skills  - Have helped start-up raise funds( preferred)  Please share your profile if you are interested for the role.  Archana HR Central
