Role- Financial Controller

Reports to - Founders

Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Generate the monthly MIS and variance analysis

- Maintain ongoing relationships with management, keeping them updated about any changes affecting their finances

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close process; Work with Statutory Auditors

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Streamline processes and establish management systems to run key initiatives in an agile fashion

- Handle credit control with accounts receivable and payable

- Manage compliance of direct & indirect taxations, secretarial law & RBI compliances

- Manage & develop relationships with the most strategic vendors for the company

- Administer the commercial legal contracts with different stakeholders, Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Requirements:

Education - CA

Exp: 6-8 years

- Exp in Consulting/startup organizations

- Exp in fund management & raising
