Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and external stakeholders.

- Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage relationships with external auditors.

- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on D2C/Ecommerce/Retail.

- Proven track record of leading financial teams and implementing robust financial processes.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Familiarity with tax regulations and external audit processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
