Experience – 6-10 yrs

Qualification - MBA - Finance (Reputed Business )

Job Responsibilities:

- Analysis of cash flow & working capital to guide business leaders.

- Building scenarios assessing impacts of various potential business and regulatory changes on revenue and associated cost line items, through Financial Modeling.

- To maintain balance sheet integrity at all times being able to support balances and identify risks and opportunities

- Reviewing monthly business performance and providing business solutions to ensure these are in line with annual operating plans.

- Evaluating business proposals and identification of business opportunities

- Critical analysis of business plans and forecasts for the insurance business on a regular basis.

- Comparison of actual vs budgets and identifying key variances and regular tracking of the same. Preparation of corporate presentations for strategic initiatives and alliances, investor relations etc.

- Benchmarking circle performance on various key parameters and tracking performance trends on a monthly basis. Developed the circle wise performance tracker.
