Financial Controller - Dental Business

The Key profile includes complete responsibility for Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounting Processes and compliances of various lows :

- Working as a head of department and overseeing all aspects of financial control in business, providing financial, commercial, and strategic support to the business, Annual/Monthly Budget, MIS reports,

- Problem solver with High Integrity

- Attend Board meetings & Present MIS containing improvement plans on target vs actual

- Working closely with all the stakeholders including Board and Management team to deliver core business objectives

- Worked on Foreign Equity (FDI) fund raising from private equity and handled all allied activities like finance model, Due Diligence, Business Model, IM for pitching to investors, Interacting with investors and investment bankers

- Raised Debt funds through venture funds/PE's, NCD's. Strategic decision to take lower rate of interest and Liaison with landers for term loan and lead due diligence with Monitoring Debt Covenants.

- Working Capital Management, Cash Flow and fund flow analysis with recommendation of optimum utilization of funds. Handled critical cash crisis through various solutions.

- Re-structuring of business and creating subsidiary

- Finalization of books of account for Holding, Subsidiary and consolidated

- Responsible for financial statement as per INDAS/I-GAAP

- Liasioning with Big4/5 audit firm for internal and statutory audit GT/EY/Deloitte, Lead audit and risk management function to ensure risk mitigation and effective controls

- Increasing the Efficiency of system through identify drivers and working of that to create awareness with solutions and implementation.

- Accounting and Financial Reporting and compliance with various accounting standards and IND -AS
