Financial Controller/Chief Financial Officer - Hospitality/BFS/Media/Healthcare

- Setting up the finance function and risk management processes 

- Assisting in managing the capital structure of the company and fund raising process -Managing investor relations and reporting 

- Optimizing working capital and managing treasury 

- Managing FP&A & driving cost saving initiatives 

- Ensuring Statutory and legal compliances such as Withholding tax, Service tax, and FEMA 

- Drafting and review of vendor and alliances contracts.

- Manage financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling, business planning, primary and secondary transactions, investor relations and commercial and legal arrangements 

- Negotiating commercials with banks and forging strategic alliances such as co-branded wallet and media deals and working closely with Product and tech for seamless integration of the same 

- Oversee financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliances, treasury and internal controls and risk management
