Financial Controller - CFA

Position Name: Financial Controller.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Experience Range: 8 - 15 years.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning. Extensive experience in shared services.

- Good hands-on experience in dealing with US GAAP.

- Have a good number of years in managing finance personnel and overseeing financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, state attorneys general).

- Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition.. Good exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Business Partnering, Alliances & Growth..

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting.

- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.

- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.

- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, the management team, and the rest of the company.

- Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the companys financial strategy and hiring needs.

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.

Qualification and Experience:

- Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance..

- Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant).
