Financial Controller for Startup organization of Big Group- CA Required  - We are looking for an experienced finance professional (Chief Manager/AVP Finance) to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, taxation, auditory & regulatory compliances, and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.   - The responsibilities will also include financial risk management.   - This role has a close interaction with the Senior management of the organization as well as Board governance.  - The Candidate should be in Controllership role and should have exp in Finance and Accounts, Internal and Statutory audit, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) with well exposed with GST implementation. Should have worked on GAAP Standards.  - 9+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience  - CA degree (with MBA Finance a plus)  - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures  - Experience with creating financial statements  - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process  - Excellent accounting software user and administration skills  - Team management skills
