Financial Controller - CA - Real Estate

One of the fastest growing real estate developers with Marquee brands in Luxury Residential space is looking for a qualified CA who can lead the finance function from the front and work closely with the leadership team to build a world-class organization.

KRA's :

- Fund Raising : Project Debt / Long Term / Foreign Currency / Securitized / Short Term

- Financial Controller : Accounting, Budgeting, Performance Analysis & Expense Control

- Investor Communications : Interacting with CIOs / Fund Managers / Domestic / International

- Refinancing / Restructuring of Loans

- Cash Flow Forecasting and Management including Working Capital

- Developing Management Information Systems (MIS)

- Foreign Exchange Risk Management / Commodity Risk Management

- Setting up Internal Controls & Compliance Processes

Experience : 10-15 years preferably in real estate / startup environment

Qualification : CA
