Financial Controller - CA/ICWA - EPC

We have an urgent requirement for Financial Controller with a leading EPC Company, please find the details :

Location : Gandhinagar

Experience - Minimum 20 Year & Maximum 25 years Experience in EPC industry only

Qualification ; CA/ ICWA- Only 1st or 2nd attempt

Detailed comparison of budgeted V/s Actual - activity wise

- Suggestion on cost reduction

- Reviewing of under /over absorption of overheads

- Monthly alerts on overheads of projects /RO /Factory to BU heads

- Monitoring the capital employed and suggest the areas where reduction possible

- Analyzing the cost comparison between tender level and zero based budget costing and reasons for variances.

- Present on quarterly basis any major deviation with reasoning

- Initiate controls on budgeted cost through systems

- Ensure annual budget is in line with zero budget and if any variances then recording the reasons thereof

- Review AOP budget before uploading in SAP

- Take care of Direct/Indirect tax compliances for TLD division in coordination's with Head Taxation

- Ensures that all required statutory forms related to taxations are collected in time

- Arranging audit for VAT state wise in line with guideline at company level.

- Supporting on commercial /financial /accounting /direct /indirect taxation of overseas projects of SAARC countries.

- Any other specific assignments given by BUH transmission line Domestics

- Suggest the system improvements and implementation in consultation with functional Head /Director - Finance
