Profile : Financial Controller

Location : Gurgaon

Working Days : 5 days working + alternate Saturdays working

Salary : Upto 25 LPA

Education : CA Qualified (mandatory)

- Candidate from Housing Finance Industry will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities include :

Finance And Accounting :

- Preparing & maintaining books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements

- Maintaining MIS & reports entailing budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding and evaluating them for facilitating decision-making process for top management

- Preparation and Presentation of Management reports Monthly & Quarterly performance vis a vis budget with proper reasoning

- Preparing the Monthly P&L, Reviewing Trial Balance on weekly basis, Variance Analysis, Interest Yield Report, Maintaining Fixed Assets Register.

- Preparing and filling Monthly, Quarterly and half yearly return to regulators

Strategy and Planning Activity :

- Budgeting & Forecasting - preparing yearly budget and monthly forecasting

- Monthly tracking Budgeted numbers with actuals and analyzing the proper reasoning

Treasury Activity :

- Raising of Cash-Credit and Term Loan for mitigating the short term and loan term requirement

- Preparation of CMA data and presentation

Taxation and Compliance :

- Preparing and Filling Annual Return to the income tax department

- Responsibility for company's Statutory (Big Four) audits, Tax audits and interfacing with independent auditors.

- Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of TDS, ESI & PF, Service Tax and filing of various Forms, Returns etc. required under various statutes
