Financial Controller - CA - Family Managed International Group

We are recruiting for a family managed international group, who are looking for a Financial Controller.

The role is responsible for accounts & finance + new initiatives, investments and business expansion. It will involve acquisition & inorganic growth, including in start ups.

We want a 1st attempt CA, who is strong in numbers, has done due diligence for acquisition, can source and execute takeovers through diligent business planning.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Mumbai

Responsible for accounting & finance of the entire group

Scout for new business opportunities, make feasibility plans for new ventures, undertake due diligence to take over existing business

Start or acquire low risk, high returns business & successfully run it

Think like an entrepreneur, execute like a professional; with sound fundamentals of accounting, 1st attempt CA

Solid startup experience or in running a successful business

Very bright, balanced, patient, strong business development & leadership skills

Can be from MNC/Indian company with M&A experience or from start-up

CA, 13-15 years experience, 38-40 years of age, Rs. 50-70 lakhs per annum

Work towards low risk, high returns business
