Financial Controller(CA) : Leading eCommerce player

Pinnacle Solutions is looking fwd to hire for the profile of Financial Controller for one of its key ecommerce clients based out of Gurgaon. Our client is backed by global investors of high repute.

JD :

- Experience in IFRS, IGAAP and USGAAP

- Ensure financial consolidation at BU level with highest level of accuracy and strictest compliance

- Implementation of BU financial policies and controls

- Facilitate financial planning & budgeting, internal & external reporting and cost control activities.

- Prepare and report financial results to management

- Provide comprehensive analysis including any risks and opportunities to the management for decision making

- Fully responsible for the Treasury ensuring that proper funding is in place for the legal entities

- Ensure foreign exchange risk is properly managed by various financial tools such as natural hedge, forward cover, swap and other instruments, dealing with banks and managing good relationship with them on time to time basis, ensuring that the cost of funds is kept at the lowest possible level, frequently interact with Corporate Treasury Department to leverage our corporate relationship and guidance/approvals.

- Devise and implement controls, policies and procedures

- Facilitate cost leadership and ensure adequate operational controls for the existing and new products

- Work out different business models, define the business requirements and facilitate monitoring of conformance to financial as well as operational requirements

- Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls

- Providing Decision Support Information and financial backups to management processes.

- Ensure all company funds are spent with prudence and in accordance with the budgets/plans and provide variance analysis on regular basis to all concerned.

- Facilitate and guide sites in period and financial closings and review all outstanding items on a regular basis.

- Monitoring of operating working capital management.

- Developing and monitoring operational and cash flow budgets/plans.

EDUCATION: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Premier Institutes
