Financial Controller - CA - Diversified Group

Our client is a leading Family Office of a very well known founder of a group of diversified companies.

The group is a diversified and well know conglomerate with a track record of consistent profitable growth.

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for accounting, compliance, fund raising and investment management across the group.

The responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for the accounting and financial operations of group companies

Maintain Optimal Cost Structure in all matters of financial operations

Manage Taxation and Compliance across the group

Manage Banking relationship

Capital raising through banking and alternate channels

Financial reporting under GAAP and IFRS

Support the Investment team in new deployment

Support the business in formulating, budgeting ahead and managing un-expected resource needs

MIS and reporting

Financial budgeting and variance analysis

Optimal fund deployment

Providing financial leadership across the group

Ideal Candidate:

CA - first attempt with at least 8 years of post qualification experince

At least 2 years in team handling role

People form big 4 preferred

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must have effective inter personal and presentation skills.

Team handling experience.

Proficient in using financial software

Data-oriented personality with a logical thought process.

CTC : 40 - 50 lakhs per annum
