Our client is one of the leading provider of cyber security services across the country. Role and Responsibilities:- - Take full ownership of the finance function and keep it properly organized and staffed. - Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly &amp; annual closure of consolidated accounts as per accounting standards and regulatory compliances. - MIS reporting for Board Review Meetings, Budget vs. Actual Performance Review, Ratio Analysis, Operational metrics analysis (gross margins by service lines, staff utilization, corporate overheads, etc.), Cost Centre Expenses Analytical Review. - Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors. - Implement IFC controls and improve systems and processes. Lay down and strictly monitor SOPs. - Take ownership of all existing information systems and integration of all systems for accurate data tracking. - Cash management, working capital management, corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis. - Review of commercial and legal contracts. - Own and develop banking relationships for financing needs if required. - Ensure all direct tax compliance including Tax Audit, TDS Returns, IT Returns, Providing data for IT Assessment, Advance Tax Calculations, Transfer Pricing, etc. - Ensure all GST compliances. - Identify, test &amp; implement the areas for automation of accounting processes. - Ensure complete adherence to policies and processes related to accounts and taxation. Candidate profile:- - Qualified CA - Hands on experience in handling accounting and reporting functions. Prior IT services industry experience, though not necessary, is preferred. - Hands on experience in working on accounting and ERP systems. - Ability to set up systems and processes.
