Financial Controller - CA - Conglomerate

Our Client; Leading Conglomerate from North Africa having multiple leading businesses including trading, manufacturing looking at hiring a Financial Controller to be based in Sudan.

Your role:

- Our client a company growing at a rapid pace by continuously evolving their "thought'. "strategy" and their way of engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

- They are looking for a mature Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team and support the CFO for the journey ahead.

- Since the market downturns, the role of the FC has evolved beyond the traditional boundaries of the Finance department and our client seeks the same track record for the future incumbent.

Our client is embarking on implementing new generation SAP across its several business units. First 18 months the key KPI would be to lead the finance side of SAP implementation.

- Once the implementation is over, you will succeed the current Financial Controller who has already spent around 3 years in the Company.

- The SAP project implementation will take about 15 months. you need to able to operate at two levels...high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and fix operational issues and optimize the current system.

Must-Have :

- Qualified CA, 15+ Years of experience, especially 7 years in management role.

- The business landscape headquartered out of Sudan the finance department supporting this huge business enterprise is substantial, there is a growth plan in place and it is in the implementation phase.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST.
