Role: Financial Controller with VSA Health & Wellness

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Job Profile:

- Understand the need for financial systems and processes in the growth of the organization and play a leading role in development and setting up of the same.

- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, so as to help the management in quick decision making as well as enable proper governance of statute in force.

- Responsible for preparation and implementation of budget and tracking the deviations with actual as well as taking corrective actions.

- Negotiate with Vendors and other parties thereby ensuring the best deals and maximum advantage to the organization.

- Liaise with local government authorities for various licenses and approvals thereby helping in smooth establishment.

- Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Liaise with vendors for payroll processing, compliance and other financial aspects.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Set up adequate controls for fraud prevention in the organization.

Experience: 8-12 years of overall accounting & finance experience (FMCG experience (, either in an audit firm or directly, will be preferred)
