JD : "We are looking for financial controller who would oversee day-to-day accounting function, integrate finance operations, handle tax matters, prepare financial reports, overlook external and internal compliance etc.

Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Job Profile :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Financials: Responsible for preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financials (foreign subsidiaries)

- Audits: Handling Statutory, Internal and Income-Tax and GST auditor's queries and ensuring completion of the Audit till final sign off

- Statutory Compliance: Responsible for Timely payment and filing of PF, ESIC, PT , TDS and GST returns, extending necessary support in responding to the income-tax, GST assessment notices

- Internal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Org internal policies while booking vendor invoices, employee reimbursements

- Month-End Activities: Ensuring accounting controls by monthly accounts reconciliation review, reviewing/posting provision and prepaid entries, fixed asset capitalizations, intercompany cross charges
