Role: Financial Controller Responsibilities: Oversee the general accounting function, reporting, cash management and tax compliance - Statutory financial accounting, including liaison with auditors - Consolidation across entities - Financial reporting - Ensure compliance of all Direct and Indirect taxes, Labour laws, TDS - Monitoring and control of working capital - Monitoring the changing regulatory environment and implementing suitable measures - MIS: Prepare, analyze and present monthly MIS/Management reports to provide actionable inputs to the leadership team. Desirable Skills/ Preferred Qualifications: - CA with 7-12 years experience - Worked in a firm with internal operations - Preferably worked in a start-up environment Reporting to: CFO Location: Mumbai CTC: Open as per candidates experience and qualification
